In honour of the centennial, we are excited to be collaborating with Women’s Division campaigns around the world and for the first time, be bringing the community a panel of preeminent Israeli women.
One of our speakers is Yola Reitman. Recruited by the Mossad, Yola facilitated the rescue of 12,000 Ethiopian Jews fleeing persecution by acting as the Director of a diving operation on the shores of the Red Sea.
Yola offers insights into the difference a woman’s presence made in the success of this mission. Her story has been made into the Netflix movie 'Red Sea Diving Resort'.
Our second speaker is Yehudit Abrams, Founder and CEO of MonitHer Ltd. MonitHer's goal is to dramatically reduce the death and suffering due to late diagnosis of breast cancer, by making cutting edge early detection methods affordable and accessible for all. Yehudit decided to dedicate herself to preventative medical imaging, and opted to work on early detection of breast cancer after losing her cousin, a gynecologist and breast cancer survivor who was passionate about early detection.
MonitHer Ltd. was winner of Mass Challenge Israel and the Israel Wework Creator Awards. Yehudit is mother to David (6) and enjoys the outdoors, playing cello and piano.
Moderator for the day Jackie Frank, Founder of Be Frank Group is one of Australia's most experienced media executives. She was the inaugural editor of Australian Marie Clair Magazine and as the founder of the Be Frank Group, she consults to a number of local and international organisations on brand development.
