Annual Seniors' Outing

Beautiful Inner City Melbourne

  • A visit to East Melbourne Synagogue exploring its long and distinguished history, which is interwoven with the story of Melbourne Jewry. Enjoy a presentation at the Shule with Rabbi Dovid Gutnick and Dr. Howard Freeman OAM, President of the Jewish Historical Society-Vic, followed by morning tea.
  • Experience the true charm of beautiful Melbourne with Yarra River Cruises. Voted the Worlds’ Most Liveable City 2014, our city is best seen from the vantage point of its jewel in the crown The Yarra River. Lunch will be served on board.
  • A tour of the Immigration Museum - a collaboration with culturally and linguistically diverse communities to explore, document and present stories and experiences of immigration and cultural diversity in Victoria.

Meeting Place: Beth Weizmann Community Centre

Registration: 8.45am for a 9.30am departure

Kosher morning tea, lunch and afternoon provided.
